Sean Kim had most recently served as COO (Chief Operating Officer), leading i-Admin’s multi-country payroll outsourcing business, as well as its technology road map for its cloud-based platform. Under his leadership, he introduced data-driven management and decision practices, and also successfully launched Gpayroll, a new cloud-based payroll and HR SaaS (Software-as- a-Service) business.
He first joined i-Admin Korea in 2010 and moved to its Singapore headquarters in 2012. Prior to i-Admin, he has over 14 years of experience in management, marketing, development and strategic planning of Internet technology-driven businesses, from startups to listed enterprises in the US, Korea and Singapore. He graduated from Seoul National University in Korea and has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Global economic uncertainties and new technologies have presented challenges to i-Admin, with higher competition both at a local and regional level. The board of directors trust that he will continue to find a way to grow this business.
